4 Week Cancer Confidence Series

$195.00

There are many things I wish I knew during cancer treatment. How to nourish my body, how toxic stress was, how to navigate my work and relationships when I felt exhausted and overwhelmed. But mostly, how to stay cancer-free. 5 years later and still cancer-free, that’s exactly what I want for you. Women who strictly adhere to an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle reduce recurrence by 41% (DIANA Randomised Trial). The problem is, it’s hard to know what this means, and how to do it on your own.

In this 4-part, evidence-based cancer recovery series, endorsed by Medical Oncologist, Dr Rachel Dear, we explore:

  • Week 1: How to eat anti-Inflammatory foods that decrease cancer-risk and reduce stressors like coffee and alcohol

  • Week 2: How to build meals & spot inflammatory ingredients when grocery shopping or eating out

Week 3: How to prioritise your needs, manage your busy lifestyle and feel energised after treatment

Week 4: How to get better sleep, TRULY manage stress and exercise in ways you enjoy!

You'll build knowledge in each area, get tips on how to change, and start to make changes incrementally each week.

This series includes four weekly one-hour sessions online using Zoom. Sessions run from 6pm to 7pm Sydney time for four Wednesday nights in a row. All participants receive slides, tools, recipes and checklists to use beyond our sessions together. You will also receive a link to the recording in case you can't make a session.

If you want to transform your fear into confidence after cancer - this series is for you!

“An evidence-based, achievable program that steps out exactly what I tell my patients to do!” Dr Rachel Dear, Medical Oncologist, Sydney.
